We are currently developing an R package (longgoldstandard) that includes a range of functions for the processing and analysis of longitudinal data, which will be made available via GitHub. We are also preparing a synthetic version of the original LongGold datasets that preserves all relevant data characteristics while ensuring that no individual participants be identified. This will allow us to share the data with interested researchers in the future.
The package was developed within the LongGold project, but can be readily adapted and used for similar longitudinal studies. If you are interested in collaborating with us, we would be happy to hear from you.
